My Retainer Is Loose

The problem of scarcity. Is my bottom bracket loose? 3

I just got my followers, and although it took me a while to get used to it, I feel like I'm running out of followers. It comes out easily when eaten and it is possible to take it with you. They were very tight when I found my retainers and when I had to take them out to eat I could not easily remove them. So in my next application I asked Ort to use it and he checked it and said it was loose and hard. That was 3 weeks ago and now he's back and I haven't had an appointment in 5 weeks. Thought I'd call and ask if I should wait for the next AP or come over and fix it.

Lower support loose
