The router is not connected to the Internet? 3

Therefore, my Fios Gateway Router (G1100) is not connecting to the Internet. It has 2 icons: globe icon and wifi icon. The world has a solid red light, but Wi-Fi does. I tried to restart my ONT several times but it didn't work or I restarted my router or computer. However, when the router is connected, the globe icon blinks but still turns red. However, when I open my settings, it says that my Ethernet and Wi-Fi are connected. I upgraded to Quantum UT a few months ago, but my old router never had this problem. Any suggestions will help me, thanks

Wi-Fi and Ethernet are both interfaces that connect your computer and / or other devices to the router. If these interfaces work, they will connect even if the Internet connection on the other side of the router is closed.

Routers usually have the necessary credentials to connect to the ISP system. If you reset the router, you will delete the router access data. Did you enter access data in one after reboot? Your ISP will provide certificates of use.

If the Internet (ball) LED is red, it indicates that your ISP's signal is insufficient. This could be an ONT error, a LINT error, or a problem with the ISP itself. You can ask your ISP to confirm the connection. Your ONT side is usually a demarcation line, so the ISP is responsible for making sure everything works on the ONT port to which your router connects.
