What is the CD1 army?
CONDITIONING EXERCISE 1. Conditioning Exercise 1 consists of five exercises that develop complex motor skills while simultaneously stimulating high intensity strength, endurance and flexibility. All exercises in the exercise are performed on time and always in the specified order.

Accuracy should never be compromised by the number of repetitions or the speed of the movement. Too fast a cadence prevents soldiers from achieving full freedom of movement. Soldiers do no more than five repetitions of each exercise while studying and practicing CDs.
