He finds out in the episode where the girl (W also has special powers, it's like season two or three and her parents are scared of it) is getting married to Clark on Red Cryptonite in Las Vegas. He calls Clark and says he's getting in the car, so he takes her and Chloe and they hide behind things and see that Clark gets the car flying. Clark sees that there is no one in the car and leaves without noticing that they are watching. This is where Chloe is sure to find out.
