No, I don't go to the big stores. I use a smaller size if it helps (: but thanks logo):

It means small, but when it says S / M it means small to medium, like medium size, then read the size chart.

That is small. However, if so: S / M, means small / medium. Usually more for things like gloves, socks etc.
