No, you can't do that online. In fact, I don't think you should go to your bank either. Just contact the bank and ask for a new PIN code. They will send you a letter with your new PIN code within 7-10 business days.
You may ask why you want to do this. Do you think your card information has been compromised in any way? In this case, it is advisable to close the old card completely and request re-issuance of new card with new number and different PIN.
