User Experience Testing

User experience testing is the process of ensuring the best possible user experience for a website by checking the website for errors (often with a large group of everyday website users).

1. You probably know exactly how your site works, but do your users know that too? What seems intuitive to you may not make sense to others. Always check your assumptions.
