You can use the character map to see all the characters in the font. Ariel has a lot.

Unfortunately, there isn't a key at the top, so you'll have to double-click it and copy and paste it out of the map.

Some commonly used characters include keys that include pressing the Alt key and pressing the 4 digits on the numeric keypad. If you have a laptop, you may need to use the laptop's function keys and emergency number keys.

Here are some of the ones I found:

Alt + 0149 = Marker â

Alt + 0151 = Dash - ”

Alt + 0150 = inner dash -

You can use Alt key to create a key. These are Unicode characters, so press Alt, then + and 0259 on the numeric keypad. You can see it on the character map. It's very simple :) Unicode characters require a + sign.
