Can you use ExpressPad plan when sending USPS? 3

I'm sending USPS and I need a matching envelope, but this is UPS Express Pad Pack. Does USPS mind if I use it? Have you received the package in the express pad package or do I have to put a label to cover the logo?

You may not send anything via USPS to the UPS logo or the container containing the ad, even if it has a clear color / edge on the UPS logo and envelope.
