Twins After Paragard Removal

Risks of twin births after Marina expulsion? 3

My Marina was discharged at the end of August (28) and I became pregnant immediately (September 6) and I am now 6 weeks old. I have heard many horrible stories about quick pregnancy, is it true that I am more likely to have an abortion? Or do you have twins? Any info will help calm me down ... thanks !!

Your chances of having twins have nothing to do with your level of RT control. And an improperly inserted or removed IUD can damage the lining of the uterus and increase the risk of miscarriage. But according to the creators of Paraguard and MIrena, it is rare.

I have had a paraguard for 5 years, withdrawn, had three miscarriages and am now 32 weeks pregnant. But the doctor did not link the paraguard to my abortion.

I have had Marina for two years and I was 1.5 months pregnant after removing it.

My family persecuted me with twins.

Fortunately, only one baby can be seen on my ultrasound.

You risk more for both of you, but you too will survive and find happiness in both. Be patient, wait, and talk to your doctor about any concerns you may have.

You could have twins.
