I can't find it in the dictionary, but there are many sites that use it (yes, some mean chaos!). So this is probably not the right word for A Khts Tale!

I think it's a word and above because you're right, when you try to look at it you get confused in spelling suggestions.

Urban Dictionary says it means a tumultuous personality that conveys a sense of full participation in the presence of others.
