Any suggestions on where to find or create cosplay leggings with Jack English? 3

I dressed like a bully Jack English and searched the internet for knee-length socks or socks that I could wear, but the socks were only knee-length. Any suggestions on what I can do? What about a little help with wigs and pumpkins?
