What is a good alternative to Romano cheese? 3

I wanted to cook Alfredo sauce with a recipe from the Olivos website, but it needed Permison and Roman. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the plant-based Romano cheese, so I looked for an alternative that wouldn't have a negative effect on the sauce. If anyone knows which cheese to use, great. Thank you very much!

If it helps ...

Olive Recipes:

Use only Parmesan cheese, the results will not be much different. The ■■■■ version that Alfredo invented, or at least regularized and compiled for him, contained only Permison. I don't even have eggs or milk, just oh, and cheese, but preferably the best cheese. Manchigo will be part of the cheese, but it will not be part of it, and tea is not like Permisan or Roman.

What is Roman cheese?

Parmesan, Grana Padano, Asagio (slightly warm) would be the best spices. If you can find Permits, use Permitson and Permission for Roman. They are very similar. In fact, my Alfredo recipe only uses Parisian cheese.

I found a good old provolone that worked well. It has the same flavor and texture, and only hints at the exotic cheese flavor.

Use vegetable permanganate for both. In terms of taste, the two are slightly different.
