Does anyone know of this type of transaction from HSBC? 3

I deposited funds in my HSBC Bank and Paypal as you can see in the picture, but apparently on 19 February 2014 I paid £ 25 for the fees and charges that were previously reported and stated in the type column. That DR is both Bank Professional and HSBC. Can you tell me what kind of template it is? Because I have to have £ 50.00 in my bank but now I only have .6 26.64.

Fees are charged from your HSBC account at the end of February 19, 2014 (usually 2 months fee). It will be exaggerated at some point.
