If I wear size 2 jeans in American Eagle, what size should I wear in PacSun?

If I'm wearing a medium jersey on the American Eagle, what size dress should I wear on the PacSun?

And if I wear shorts in American Eagle, what size should I wear in PacSun?

Please don't ask me to check the size chart, because I am always wrong on tse.

Also, I couldn't go to the store to try them out because I live in a small neighborhood and I asked about them.
