I just bought a Talker II, which is similar to Ovilus, today, March 5, 2014, $ 120.00 plus $ 11.80 preferential shipping (2 day standard) and total shipping on March 6. 2014.

EBay is $ 140.00 and I'm sure Amazon is $ 160.00.

Of course, I don't know if it's Thursday.

Even if you need an infrared heater for your camera, you can get a SIMA 36 LED for about $ 36.00.

I have a 48 IR LED unit with MiniCam, but it only fires up to 3m, while the SIMA unit fires up to 75ft, which is about 19ft wide. I think I bought it from Amazon. Also, watch drive videos on YouTube to save battery power.

The 48 IR LED unit is powered by a 9 volt battery.
