NextBestAction marketing (also known as next-best action marketing or next-best action marketing) is a strategy used by some marketers that is highly customized to each customer.

A strategy is a customer-centric marketing tactic that looks at the customer and considers what next steps can be taken for them, and then chooses the best one.
