At my ashram I found some moldy tea which was in the fridge. Can I still use it after removing it from the mold?

No, you have to throw it away. I learned from an allergist that the bread and the mold had spread, although it was not visible. Cheese is thick, so you can cut it and eat it, but you can't.

I agree with many others who have answered this question. I've never seen real mushrooms before, but there may be food leftovers (toast, etc.) on the stalks, but they must have been thrown away. Not worth the risk.
