This means that the e-mail sent took too long. So instead of messing up long emails and resending everything, the email server that forwarded your message intercepted the message at the end of your email.

Explain the cut.

What does cutting mean?

I'm sending and receiving someone's Gmail messages. The last Gmail I sent was sent to the next recipient with a permanent error and with this error the technical account details were permanently disabled / shortened message. Does that mean you didn't get my message? Does that mean I can't email you any more?
