In 1997, the park was renamed Wild, Water and Wheels. Two years later, in 1999, the park was finally closed because, according to the offer, it cost us. The Ten Band Cove area is now retail.
I know the real reason. Three things, Mayor Wally Harrington, Memphis City Council, and the University. Mayor Harrington and the council wanted to turn the city into a college town so they could make as much money as they could out of their own pockets, so they raised property taxes and moved around. All I want to say is that I'm out of town. ■■■■ Herrington and go to ■■■■ with the city of Memphis for ruining my life in Memphis.
