2 1/2 cups Tia Maples Hermet Pancake Mix

1/3 cup water

1/4 cup ah, melted

1 egg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, mix the pancake mixture and the rest of the ingredients until the dough is formed. Transfer the flour to a light surface. Roll the dough and fold it in half and make it 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cookie cutters. Place the pieces on a non-greased baking sheet along the smooth edges.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.

Use 2 1/2 cups pasta, 1/3 cup water, half toothpick without salt, 1 egg.

Mix, divide, chop and cook for 11 minutes.
