BYU Health Online Final Exam (Health 41): Difficult? 3

Or I'm looking for someone who has done a BYU online health course. I just wanted to know if the final exam was difficult because I have a 93% rating and I don't want to take a B rating. Is there anything (besides reading all the sections, I hate reading material online. There are lots of tips online) to search for content / test your knowledge by giving tests?
