Just look at the map. Los Angeles is to the south of Calia, and this part of the state is just east of the other states and east of Nevada.
Tae is located on the west end of Nevada, on the east corner of San Francisco.
If you draw a line north of Los Angeles, Lake Tae is to the west of that line.
