I know I need to login to my account to change my password, but what should I click on? I need an explanation

You can change your password on the ACCOUNT page. The appropriate tab is at the top of each IMVU website.

The FB's password is constantly changing.

In the account on the right, if there are several boxes on the screen, one of them will say change password, click on it and a popup will appear, click OK and then. You will see three fields asking for your current password, then enter your new password and re-enter your new password for confirmation. :)
