I need to know how to make Oto Uchiha glasses and headphones for AVCON 2010.

I have my clothes, except for the glasses and the helmet. I found glasses on eBay but I couldn't find a better place to get them and they should have silver codes and yellow glasses.

I don't know what to use to generate an idea and move it forward.
