I'm looking for a free (no download) site that I can use to make AMV. Easy to use with great features: backgrounds, themes, special effects, editing tools, etc.

They may recommend downloadable programs if they are good and virus free, but I prefer websites.

Windows Movie Maker should work on most computers and is free.
