I lost 60 pounds in 6 months. First, there is no easy way forward. I haven't eaten junk food in 6 months. I eat about 5 to 6 small meals per afternoon, including fish, poultry, turkey, lean meat, almonds, low quality cottage cheese, LF yogurt, good finishes, vegetables and water. I train at least one afternoon, 6 days a week. I'm not doing cardio anymore, weight will help a lot. My typical diet goes up to about 1800 energy in the afternoon (according to the average person, if I am 5 years old, that would be too much).
