Can I take a picture of an old SIM card? 3

I recently found my old keys in my locker and was wondering if I could still delete photos from the lock or SIM card. I have Tire 07 and now I have an iPne 4. The old SIM card is almost twice the size of the iPne, so can I change it ... stuff?
