How to change the opacity of my layer in generation 5? 3

I use Procter & Gamble for my work, but I'm brand new to it. Since the update, it looks like I've lost my opacity tool (not the opacity of the brush, the opacity of the layer). Procreate Removed this feature? Where else can I find it?

Change layer opacity: From the Layers menu, click the layer you want to change the opacity for. The Layers menu closes and you can drag your finger or stylus anywhere from left to right on the screen to adjust the opacity. You can see the blur at the top of the screen.
