I have a 32-inch CK TV. It turns on and works fine, but the input source screen (showing TV, AV, components, etc.) in the corner of the TV does not disappear and I have no control over the remote except the input Toggle on and off the TV that is on and off, but when I press something else, the input source keeps working and the TV on operation does not work at all. Since you exclude the remote, the television is included. If it is still under warranty, it is a process, or repair, or replacement. I recently bought a set of 32 Seiki LEDs for 9 169 ... you can't fix it for so little money.
