Depending on your LiveTalk option, you can block calls from people who aren't on your contact list. It won't work on all patches, but it will work on some old straightforward communication patches.

Go to Settings, PNE Settings, Security, enter your 4 day unlock code, restrictions.

Then decide what boundaries you want to set. When you manage contacts, you can only call people in your contact list.
