How Much Is A Bunch Of Cilantro

Is a large quantity of finely ground coriander equal to a bunch? 3

According to my performance book, 0.88 cups of finely coated coriander should come out of a bunch of medium size coriander. There are 14 tablespoons.

Just to let you know, the results book says that the average weight of a bunch of coriander is 2.8 ounces. The yield is 46.45% per bunch, and 1 cup of chopped red pepper weighs 1,486 ounces. The yield percentage is the number of coriander leaves that you will get by removing the stems. I did the math and got 0.88 cups.

A bunch of coriander

Just grab some sticks and get ready. I don't really like red pepper, not much for me. I think most people would choose a 3/4 "to 1" diameter package.

So no one else mentioned it: I suppose ground coriander you mean dry? In this case, with other dried herbs, it is twice as strong as fresh herbs. So you only need half. I've never seen dried coriander before, it's interesting. Where I live is probably so readily available.
