Driving away from Utah to the Mexican border? 3

I'm looking for information on this trip I will be doing this summer. I just wanted to go to Mexico with a friend for a few weeks to see what it was like. I'm not really looking for tourist stuff, I just want to see what real life is like. I lived in Argentina for a few years, so I already speak Spanish. Does anyone know how long it will take to get from Utah to the Mexican border? And then there, until we moved away from American culture and became real Mexicans. And what safety precautions should we take, if any? Thanks for helping all the rockers

Uston is 360 miles and seven hours' drive to the Mexican border (via McAllen or Brosville, TX).

envinedos Tejas, friends from Argentina! I have been a Texan for a long time who has traveled the world.

A few years ago I brought a friend who was dying on the Texas border. Our final destination was Maria de Guadeloupe's refuge in Mexico City for a prom. It took us six hours from Uston, including a short stop in Corpus Christi. We arrived at Matamores, the border at the end of Texas. We will keep the car in UHaul and continue driving, or our car is not recommended in Mexico because the roads can be dangerous and car theft is possible. Bring your port as this may be necessary when crossing the border.

I think you should at least go to Monterey ... maybe Saltillo ... but really in the center of Mexico. In Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Guanajuato, Micacan. . . See if you travel.

There are a lot of Texas boards in Mexico ... so I don't think it's a threat to your safety. My best advice ... cross the border immediately after the first traffic light ... and cross the Nuevo Laredo as soon as possible. Don't stop for serious refueling or anything. On the road and bus. Once you get over it ... I would say that just one weird thing will get you in trouble. For safety reasons, stay on the expressway (they only accept cash, they take it with them), but walk quietly. . . I have never felt unsafe in Mexico, even on the open streets. Never be on HT and check back as soon as possible. Know exactly where you are going so you don't have to move or stop and you'll be fine.

Well, your 353.3 miles to Loredo, which is on the border, also depends on what part of Mexico you plan to enter.
