My microwave didn't heat up in Hamilton Beach, but the timer kept running. When I open the microwave, the inner plate rotates and behaves as if it were warming up (but it is not), but when I close the plate, it stops rotating.

Looks like your SW port is really a mess. To find and replace it, you may need to remove the cover, but what do you lose?

Is broken. Microwaves come from a part called a magnetron. You cannot repair it yourself because the manufacturer only sells replacement parts to authorized repair service providers, not you.

All you have to do is buy a new one or take the old one to a mechanic.

My microwave is not hot. He is only 3 years old.
