If the value of your 2 cm long line on a 1: 100 scale drawing is 2m, it means that each millimeter is actually 10 cm, so to translate to the desired scale, use it as follows.

2 x 100 = 200 cm

200/25 = 8 cm (1:25)

200/10 = 20 cm (1:10)
