Can retail stores legally close public toilets to customers? 3
Stores such as retail stores, Wright Aid Walgreens and Resume. By law, stores can lock public toilets and refuse customer use, or stores have the right to refuse customer use. This state is for Kelia, if you know the answer can you give evidence? Thank you very much!!!
Shops do not have to provide toilets for customers. Many do so for the convenience of their customers, while others do not.
I believe that there is a law in Kelly that if a retail store does not have a public toilet, there must be a permanent sign of a public toilet somewhere on its premises. This is because they want to ensure that the store or store employees do not discriminate against different groups.
If there are no signs, why stop a guy from telling him that he can't use the bathroom but allow him to use it whenever he wants?

I don't know about Calia, but I do know that Tx recently signed a law requiring companies to provide public access if they have a card that has a special The disease appears.
One premise of the law is that toilets in retail do not need to be accessible to anyone but employees. Unless otherwise noted, this is a polite store that is not required by law.
I'm close to one of the people who advocates this Tx law, so I know. This guy moved from Ca to Tx a few years ago, so I can ask if the Ca rules are the same, but I'm sure companies almost don't need to open their rooms.
There is no law requiring public toilets in retail. When it comes to restaurants, the rules vary from place to place based on square footage, number of customers and physical location, whether or not they must own a public restaurant. As you may have noticed, independent shopping malls or restaurants do not have good facilities. Bakeries, even cafeterias, often do not have them. And hygiene regulations vary from city to city. In addition, merchants can terminate the use of their services to anyone they believe is taking advantage of the benefits.
Calia's health code requires toilets to be available to customers of certain types of stores and businesses in certain areas. You should check the Kelly Health Code to see if your business is covered.

Yes, they can, unless they have a restaurant. If you have seating and dining, you can, even if you have less than 10 seats. If they can accommodate more than 10 people, they must legally allow guests to use the bathroom.
Since I am sure there are no restaurants in these places, they should close the toilets. You will become very clear. By law, they don't even allow you to use it.
Retail stores do not have to provide public toilets to their customers. So, yes, they can refuse to use it because you did not expect to access it.

I think restaurants should only have public toilets, but I don't know where that belief came from.
It all depends on the store. You do not have to use them to your advantage. You do not have the right to request its use.
There must be a law !!!
