Definition of Continuity program:

1. A marking strategy wherein the seller launches an ongoing promotion in order to attract and retain customers. An example is where a supermarket offers to give away gifts every month for customers who buy a certain type or amount of product. Airline frequent flier discounts are also examples of a continuity program.
