Commonwealth Bank customer number? 3

I just got my blast card in the mail and I want to connect to net bank ... but does it ask for my customer number? The CommBank lady helped me sign up for NetBanking, but I don't remember giving her the customer number. I know my password ... but not my subscriber number. Is it on my payment card or on a piece of paper?

I tried clicking on the forgotten customer number, but I can't confirm it.

I don't know what happened ... your help would be greatly appreciated!

Your customer number is different from your bank card or account number.

You can get your customer number with your card number and PIN code, if not call the bank on 132221 and talk to the bank staff, they can get the customer number for you.
