I'm surprised ... because I'm crazy and I always dress like a girl ... I don't want to look like an older woman who always dresses like a teenager. : X

There's a big, cheap store called Susie Share. They have clothes for a very wide age group. I would say that women in their 20's and 40's can find beautiful clothes there. I am not yet 20 years old and I visit this shop sometimes. Especially for more professional clothing. My mother is also over 40 years old :)
Le Chateu is another great example. You have the best clothes for someone your age.
Just to remind you, you're still young! I mean, I'm not going to a small clothing store or anything, but you still have the right to be young. I will avoid anything modern. I would recommend stores like The Limited, Bebe, Arden B etc.
