Is this the current expression or is it just used locally?

This is another way to say thank you, dear. And this is a common expression.

My friend and many others used it in the Fife / Edberg area. Cheering is a great Thanksgiving gift throughout the UK and since cheering is just an extension of it, it is understandable that you will find it in many places.

It just means thank you, it's weird, but I've heard that in London and other parts of Warwickshire don't think it's just local.

I never heard that it was us.

Is a general expression .. I mean thank you dear for everything you did
