I like to freeze Tamil flour with all the ingredients. I can do it? I also like to freeze the pork fat in my tamil. Can I freeze it in a container or is there a special method?
For the dough, I'll wrap it well in plastic wrap or wax paper, then wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in a freezer bag or topperware. You don't want it to be exposed to the wind or dry and look like a freezer. It also helps prevent burns. I don't really know how to save it, but I guess that's the way it works.
