It certainly can. Don't be surprised if you don't like it. Some of my RD's lovely bananas, but others fall behind as if I'm trying to poison them.
As a general rule of thumb, if its use is healthy, it is best to have only avocado pears.
Of course you can! Parakeets belong to the tropics and belong to seeds and fruits.
