In fact, Neosporin is a lip balm / ointment for severely chapped lips. I used it many times when my lips were very cracked in OIF.

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. They also make a Neosporin lip balm that you will want to try out like Blistex, you just squeeze a little and rub it with the applicator.
