Calories per gram (carbohydrates, proteins and) Please help! ?
You really answered your question.
Protein has 4 calories per gram.
Carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram.
Contains 9 calories per gram.
This is as accurate as possible. The reason you may not get 93 kcal of milk may be that the milk is heavier than water, which means, for example, 250 ml = / = 250 g.
I don't know why you want more accurate measurements when it comes to weight loss, don't worry about counting calories right now. Calorie count looks like ... OCD. Don't overeat or exercise - you don't have to count all the calories and carbohydrates you eat.

Exact calories per gram (carbohydrates, proteins and) Please help ?! 3
I want to know the exact calories per gram of carbohydrates and protein. None 4kal = 1g carbohydrate, 4cal = 1g protein and 9kal = 1g. For example, 1 liter of liquid milk contains 93 calories. 11.6 grams of protein, 10.4 grams of carbohydrates, 0.3 grams.
If I calculated this at 449 calories per gram, I would have only 90.7 calories. What are the exact calories per gram? The best answer to being wrong !!

Food, like anything else, cannot be measured with these numbers, because depending on whether the food is cooked or picked quickly, the total number of calories changes. Other factors include soil quality of the crop, rising temperature, weight of grain fed to cattle, age of the animal, animal activity, etc. These factors make it almost impossible to calculate large amounts of nutrients. ..And at least right.
Numbers work if you're just curious. If you are trying to count calories ... ignore it because you have a +/- 20% chance of error.
