Can I use Blue Magic Hair Oil on my lips? Coconut oil because I think it has ingredients like petroleum jelly?

It doesn't matter if the ingredients are the same. Lips need food grade ingredients, coconut oil in hair can be cosmetic. It is not clean enough to digest, so it should not stick to your lips.

There is no way I can recommend using Blue Magic Hair Grease. Not to mention the hair ... use a little Vaseline. I didn't add perfume or anything like that.
