Ad Serving Costs

Ad impression costs are all costs incurred to run an ad. This could be (for example) things like ad serving costs and third party tracking costs.

This term generally does not include administrative costs (eg paying an advertising agency to reserve advertising space). If it costs you more to run more ads, that's generally considered the cost per ad. If it's a flat fee, it's a charge for ad impressions.
